1. The Operator

The mdexpertclinic.hu website is operated by MDExpert Clinic Kft. (registered seat: 1118 Budapest, Rétköz utca 5.; company registration number: 01 09 451905; tax number: 32447354-2-43; e-mail: clinic@mdexpert.hu; telefon: +36 70 676 5885) (hereinafter: Operator).

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By opening or browsing the website, or by submitting the appointment booking form, the visitor (hereinafter: User) accepts these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

3. Website Content - Not Medical Advice

1. The information published on the website (treatment descriptions, articles, before-and-after photos) is intended solely for general information and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or recommendation.
2. Any decision regarding treatments may only be made within the framework of a personal medical consultation. The Operator accepts no liability for independent decisions made on the basis of information read on the website.
3. The before-and-after photos depict individual cases; results vary from person to person.
4. The Operator strives to keep the content accurate and up to date, but accepts no liability for any errors, or for changes in prices and available services occurring in the meantime.

4. Appointment Booking Form

1. Submitting the form constitutes a request to arrange an appointment; the booking is established upon confirmation by the Clinic (for details, see the Terms and Conditions).
2. The User is obliged to provide true, personal data of their own. A form may only be submitted on behalf of another person with that person's consent.
3. The handling of the data provided on the form is governed by the Privacy Notice . Newsletter subscription is voluntary and can be unsubscribed from at any time.

5. Prohibited Use

When using the website, the following are prohibited:

• disrupting the operation of the website, automated data collection (scraping), introducing malicious code;
• submitting forms with false data, sending mass or bad-faith booking requests;
• copying, distributing or using the content for commercial purposes without permission;
• any activity that infringes the personality rights of others or harms the good reputation of the Operator.

The Operator is entitled to restrict abusive use and, where necessary, to take legal action.

6. Szellemi tulajdon

The entire content of the website - texts, photos, videos, logo, graphic elements, visual identity - is protected by copyright, the rightholder being the Operator (or the partners and manufacturers indicated). Any use requires the prior written permission of the Operator; viewing for private purposes is of course free.

7. External Links

The website may contain links to third-party sites (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps, partner manufacturers' sites). The Operator is not responsible for their content or data processing.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. The Operator does not guarantee the uninterrupted and error-free operation of the website; it assumes no liability for any downtime resulting from maintenance or technical faults.
2. The Operator is not liable for any damage arising to the User's device in connection with the use of the website, except where such damage was caused by the Operator's intentional conduct.

9. Cookies

The website uses cookies for its operation, for convenience functions and, subject to consent, for statistical and marketing purposes. Details: Privacy Notice.

10. Amendments, Applicable Law

1. The Operator may unilaterally amend these terms at any time; the amended version takes effect upon publication.
2. These terms are governed by Hungarian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall primarily seek an amicable settlement; failing this, the Hungarian court with the relevant subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction shall proceed.
