2. Scope of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the services available through the mdexpertclinic.hu website, in particular online appointment booking and the medical-aesthetic services provided by MDExpert Clinic, and govern the legal relationship between the Service Provider and the natural person using the service (hereinafter: Patient). By submitting an appointment booking, the Patient accepts these Terms and Conditions.

3. Content of the Service

MDExpert Clinic provides non-surgical medical-aesthetic treatments (facial aesthetics, body treatments, aesthetics for men, aesthetic skincare, intimate rejuvenation), exclusively with the involvement of specialist physicians holding a valid operating licence and qualified personnel. The descriptions on the website are for information purposes only; the Patient always receives full information about the specific treatment, its procedure, risks and expected results during a personal medical consultation.

4. Appointment Booking

1. Appointments can be requested via the booking form on the website, by phone or by email.
2. Submitting the form does not yet create a booking: the Clinic confirms the agreed appointment by telephone or e-mail. The booking is created upon confirmation.
3. The Patient is obliged to provide accurate information. The Service Provider is not liable for any damage arising from the provision of false information.
4. The treatment of persons under the age of 18 requires the consent of a legal representative; certain treatments are available exclusively to persons over the age of 18.

5. Cancellation, modification, lateness

1. A booked appointment may be cancelled or modified free of charge no later than [48] hoursbefore the appointment, by telephone or e-mail.
2. In the event of cancellation within [48] hours or non-attendance ("no-show"), the Service Provider is entitled to charge [a kezelési díj X %-ának / fix összegű rendelkezésre állási díjnak], and to request a deposit for the next booking.
3. In the event of lateness exceeding 15 minutes, the Clinic is entitled, in the interest of the other Patients, to treat the appointment as cancelled or to shorten the treatment time proportionately.
4. In the event of cancellation by the Clinic, we will provide the Patient with a new appointment or refund the amount already paid in full.

6. Consultation and conditions of treatment

1. Every first treatment is preceded by a medical consultation, during which the assessment of the condition, the exclusion of contraindications and full information take place.
2. Treatment may be carried out exclusively with the Patient's written, informed consent .
3. The Patient is obliged to answer questions concerning their state of health truthfully (allergies, medications, previous procedures, pregnancy, etc.) and to comply with the pre- and post-treatment medical instructions. The Service Provider assumes no liability for complications arising from a failure to do so.
4. The physician may refuse to carry out the treatment if, in their professional judgement, performing it is not safe or not justified.

7. Prices and payment

1. The Clinic provides information on current prices at the consultation, by telephone or by e-mail; prices are denominated in forints and include VAT (where applicable).
2. Payment may be made at the Clinic [készpénzzel / bankkártyával / átutalással / egészségpénztári kártyával] on the day of the treatment.
3. In the case of purchasing a treatment package or pass, its period of validity is: [X hónap]; sessions not used by the deadline are non-refundable, unless the parties agree otherwise.

8. Results and liability

1. The results of medical-aesthetic treatments vary from person to person; the Service Provider undertakes to provide diligent care in accordance with the rules of the profession, but does not guarantee a specific aesthetic result.
2. The Service Provider's liability is governed by the provisions of Act CLIV of 1997 on Healthcare and the Ptk. (Hungarian Civil Code). The Service Provider holds professional liability insurance with [NÉV] (policy number: [SZÁM]).

9. Szellemi tulajdon

The entire content of the website (texts, images, logo, visual identity) is the intellectual property of the Service Provider; its use requires the prior written consent of the Service Provider. Photographs taken of the treatments may only be used as references with the separate, written consent of the Patient.

10. Complaint Handling and Enforcement of Rights

1. A complaint may be submitted in person at the Clinic, by e-mail (clinic@mdexpert.hu) or by telephone. Written complaints will be answered on the merits within 30 days.
2. In the event of a consumer dispute, the Patient may turn to the conciliation board competent for their place of residence. The board competent for the Service Provider's registered seat is: Budapesti Békéltető Testület (Budapest Conciliation Board) (1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99., bekeltet.bkik.hu).
3. In the event of a complaint relating to healthcare provision, the Patient may also turn to the Integrált Jogvédelmi Szolgálat (Integrated Rights Protection Service) (ijsz.hu, patient rights representative), or to the public health department of the government office.
4. Online dispute resolution: the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) is available.

11. Data Processing

The processing of personal data is covered by a separate document, the Privacy Notice rendelkezik.

12. Final Provisions

1. The Service Provider is entitled to amend these Terms and Conditions unilaterally; the amendment takes effect upon publication on the website and does not adversely affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Hungarian law - in particular the Ptk. (Hungarian Civil Code), the Eütv. (Healthcare Act), Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) and the Consumer Protection Act - shall apply.
